Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 2026 — Vyron Telecom Inc.
1. Introduction
Vyron Telecom Inc. ("Vyron," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with our Quantum Cipher communication devices.
This policy applies to all users of the Vyron Telecom website (vyrontelecom.com), prospective and current customers, government partners, enterprise clients, and any individual who submits information through our contact channels.
By accessing our website or using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not access our website or use our services.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you fill out our contact form, request a deployment briefing, or otherwise communicate with us. This may include: your full name, email address, phone number, organization or company name, job title or role, country of operation, and the nature of your inquiry (government, enterprise, or critical infrastructure).
We automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and time spent on each page. This information is collected through server logs and is used solely for website security monitoring and performance optimization.
We do not collect, intercept, store, or have access to any voice communications, call metadata, encryption keys, session identifiers, contact lists, text messages, or any other data transmitted through Vyron Quantum Cipher devices. Our devices are architecturally designed to prevent any third party — including Vyron Telecom — from accessing user communications.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes: to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; to process and coordinate deployment briefings and product demonstrations; to send you technical documentation, product updates, and security advisories relevant to your deployment; to comply with legal obligations, including government procurement requirements; and to improve our website and services.
We will never use your personal information for unsolicited marketing, sell your data to third-party advertisers, or share your information with data brokers. All communications from Vyron Telecom will be directly related to your inquiry or your existing service agreement.
4. Data Residency & Sovereignty
All personal data collected through our website and services is stored exclusively within Canadian jurisdiction on servers located in Ontario, Canada. We do not transfer personal data to servers or storage facilities located outside of Canada.
Our Quantum Key Management System (KMS) operates entirely within Canadian borders. Encryption keys are generated, distributed, used, and destroyed on Canadian soil. No key material is ever transmitted to, routed through, or stored in foreign jurisdictions.
This data residency commitment ensures compliance with Canadian data sovereignty requirements and eliminates exposure to foreign surveillance laws, including the U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), the U.K. Investigatory Powers Act, and similar legislation in other jurisdictions.
5. PIPEDA Compliance
Vyron Telecom Inc. fully complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Canada's federal privacy law governing how private-sector organizations collect, use, and disclose personal information in the course of commercial activities.
Under PIPEDA, you have the following rights: the right to know what personal information we hold about you; the right to access your personal information upon written request; the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of your information and have it amended as appropriate; the right to withdraw your consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of your information, subject to legal or contractual restrictions; and the right to file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@vyrontelecom.com. We will respond to all access requests within 30 calendar days.
6. Quantum Cipher Device Privacy Architecture
Vyron Quantum Cipher devices are engineered with a privacy-by-design architecture that provides the highest level of communication privacy available. The following technical measures ensure that no party — including Vyron Telecom — can access your communications:
Hardware-Isolated Trusted Execution Environment (TEE): All cryptographic operations, including key generation, storage, and destruction, occur within a hardware-isolated TEE that is physically separated from the device's main operating system. Even if the device OS is compromised, the TEE remains secure.
Quantum True Random Number Generation (QRNG): Session keys are generated using quantum physical processes that produce true randomness — not pseudo-random algorithms. These keys are mathematically unpredictable and cannot be reproduced or pre-computed by any adversary.
One-Call-One-Key Protocol: Each voice call generates a unique, independent session key. The key is used exclusively for that single call and is cryptographically destroyed — overwritten with random data — immediately upon call termination. No key material persists on the device, in memory, or anywhere in the network.
Zero-Knowledge Architecture: Vyron Telecom has no technical capability to decrypt, intercept, record, or access any voice communication made through Quantum Cipher devices. We do not maintain key escrow, backdoors, or lawful intercept capabilities. This is an architectural guarantee, not a policy decision.
7. Cookies & Website Technologies
Our website uses only essential first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for basic website functionality, such as maintaining session state during form submission. These cookies do not track your behavior across other websites and are not used for advertising purposes.
We do not use: third-party tracking cookies; advertising or retargeting pixels (Google Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.); behavioral analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.); social media tracking scripts; fingerprinting or device identification technologies; or any form of cross-site tracking.
If you prefer to block all cookies, you may configure your browser to do so. Our website will continue to function normally without cookies, though form submissions may be affected.
8. Third-Party Disclosures
We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. We may share limited information with the following categories of service providers, solely as necessary to deliver our services: email infrastructure providers for responding to inquiries (bound by data processing agreements); hosting providers for website operation (Canadian-hosted only); and professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, including in response to a court order, subpoena, or other legal process issued by a Canadian court or regulatory authority. We will notify you of any such disclosure to the extent permitted by law.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice on our website before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including: encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3; encryption of data at rest using AES-256; access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only; regular security audits and vulnerability assessments; employee security awareness training; and incident response procedures aligned with CCCS (Canadian Centre for Cyber Security) guidelines.
While we take all reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by PIPEDA.
10. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact form submissions and inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless you have an active service agreement. Information related to active contracts is retained for the duration of the agreement plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting privacy@vyrontelecom.com. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will permanently delete your information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.
12. International Users
Our website is operated from Canada and our services are primarily offered within Canadian and North American markets. If you access our website from outside Canada, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada. By using our website, you consent to the transfer of your information to Canada, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Effective Date" and, where appropriate, notify you via email or prominent notice on our website. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
